Indeex provides digital services, including but not limited to:

• Featured placements and promotions
• Subscription-based visibility services
• Advertising and lead generation services

All services are intangible and non-returnable.

All payments made to Indeex are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Listing fees
• Subscription fees
• Featured or promotional services
• Advertising charges

Once a service is purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Indeex is a discovery and listing platform.

We do not guarantee:

• Leads or enquiries
• Conversions or business outcomes
• Ranking position or visibility level
• Return on investment

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, and results may vary.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Technical error resulting in non-activation of service
• Payment processed but service not delivered

Any such requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Indeex.

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Any applicable processing charges may be deducted

• Subscription services, if introduced, may renew automatically
• Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal
• No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Indeex first may result in:

• Immediate suspension of account
• Permanent restriction from platform services

We encourage users to contact us for resolution before raising disputes.

For customers located in India, this Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.

For customers located outside India, this policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
