Cloud Base Consultant ( Immigration & Study Overseas )

I got a great opportunity after meeting Sudeep sir to Palakkad. After meeting you, I got such a good offer. You were very friendly and explained everything to me, which helped me with everything.I had a great experience with CBC Council. They explained everything clearly and responded to all my questions with patience. The service was efficient, well organized, and completed on time. I highly recommend CBC Council to anyone looking for reliable and excellent service. Thank you for your outstanding support!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my honest experience with Cloud Base Consultancy. I applied for Canada PR through them almost 2 years ago with a lot of hope and trust. In the beginning, communication was regular, especially whenever payments or consultancy fees were due. However, once the fees were fully paid, the communication and follow-up became very poor. Until today, I still have not received any clear progress or proper transparency regarding my application. Whenever I ask for updates, I mostly receive excuses, vague answers, or delayed responses instead of direct information and genuine support. What has been most disappointing is feeling ignored after making the payments. For something as important and life-changing as immigration, clients deserve honesty, professionalism, regular updates, and transparency throughout the process, not only until the fees are collected. I understand immigration procedures can take time, but proper communication and accountability should always be maintained. Unfortunately, my experience has been stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. I genuinely hope Cloud Base Consultancy improves its customer service, communication, and transparency so future clients have a better experience.
