My experience with Global Career Connects was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of both time and money. The consultancy misleads candidates who are seeking opportunities related to Schengen countries.
My visa was rejected due to poor documentation preparation and lack of proper guidance from their side. Although they operate quietly and convincingly, the overall process is misleading and unprofessional. Their assurances create false hope for candidates who are not fully aware of visa regulations.
They attract people by quoting low fees, but their primary focus appears to be collecting the application charges (₹11,800). There are also hidden charges that are not clearly communicated in advance. Once the payment is made, there is very little transparency, response, or professional support.
Despite preparing documentation that carries a very high risk of refusal, they confidently assure candidates before the VFS appointment that the visa will not be rejected, which is completely misleading.
I strongly advise people to be cautious and to thoroughly verify all claims before proceeding. Do not fall for unrealistic promises or verbal assurances.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this consultancy.
They initially promised overseas job opportunities and convinced me that I should first apply for a visit visa and later convert it into a work visa after reaching the destination country. They were very persuasive before payment, but their communication changed significantly after I paid the fees.
For my Netherlands visa application, I was asked to pay ₹20,000 as consultancy charges and an additional ₹14,000 for “documentation” through a third party. Only after collecting the payment did they ask me to sign an authorization letter stating that if the visa was rejected, the company would not be responsible or liable.
I was also concerned because they offered to arrange documents such as bank statements, ITRs, NOC letters, payslips, and asset documents. In my experience, applicants should never submit any document unless they know it is genuine and personally verified. Using false or inaccurate documents can lead to visa refusal and may affect future visa applications.
When my visa application was rejected, I did not receive a clear explanation or meaningful support. Instead of reviewing the rejection reasons, I was simply encouraged to apply again, this time for Norway. They asked for another ₹10,000 as consultancy fees and ₹6,000 for documentation without providing any assurance or proper explanation about the previous refusal.
I also noticed that the authorization letter contained clauses stating that the company would not be responsible for visa rejection or for payments made to third-party documentation providers. However, these details were only shared after I had already paid the fees.
My advice to anyone planning to apply for a foreign job or visa is:
* Never sign documents without reading them carefully.
* Never submit or allow anyone to prepare documents unless you have verified they are genuine.
* Be cautious if a consultancy asks you to pay large amounts before providing written commitments.
* Ask for a clear refund policy and written explanation of all charges before making any payment.
This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage others to do thorough research, verify every document, and proceed with caution before using any visa consultancy services.

Stupid consultancy
I had a very fraud disappointing experience with this consultancy. They collected ₹12,000 from me by promising job/visa assistance, but after receiving the payment, they failed to provide the promised service or proper updates. Communication became poor, and my concerns were ignored.
Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to be very careful before making any payment. Always verify the company's credentials, ask for written agreements, and keep records of all transactions.
I hope the company resolves this issue by responding professionally and refunding the money if the promised services are not delivered.
